THE STANDARD RATE + ANY SURCHARGES (DIFFICULT ZIP CODE) IS ALWAYS APPLIED.
IF THE RETURN IS AUTHORIZED BY US FOR A RETURN OF DEFECTIVE GOODS THE COST IS AT OUR EXPENSE.
IF THE CUSTOMER EXERCISES THE RIGHT TO CHANGE HIS MIND AND WANTS TO USE THE SHIPPING SERVICE, THE SHIPPING COSTS WILL BE RETURNED

SHIPPING METHODS:
CALZOLERIA ALTINO snc ships throughout Italy and uses the main national couriers (from Monday to Friday).
The arrival times of shipments are as follows:
- Italy: 1/2 working day(s) (2/3 days for the islands)
In compliance with the laws regulating trade, all CALZOLERIA ALTINO snc shipments are accompanied by an invoice or receipt declaring the value of the individual items in Euros. For items on sale, the invoice contains the discounted amounts.
CALZOLERIA ALTINO snc delivers the products to the address communicated by the Customer in the “Order Form indicated by the customer in the “Shipping Address” section that appears during the purchase process.
SHIPPING TIMES
Orders are shipped by CALZOLERIA ALTINO snc from Monday to Friday from 9:30 to 17:30. Orders placed on Friday evening, Saturday or Sunday will be processed the following Monday morning. For AVAILABLE ITEMS, shipping is immediate and is carried out on the first working day following the order confirmation by the Customer.
During sales periods, shipments may take longer.
In all cases, CALZOLERIA ALTINO snc reserves the right to delay shipment in the event of force majeure.
TRACKING OF SHIPMENTS
As soon as the order is shipped, the Customer receives an email from CALZOLERIA ALTINO snc in his mailbox specifying the tracking number and a direct link to monitor the status of the shipment. This link will also be accessible in the reserved area of the eCommerce, accessible by the customer via email and password
ORDER DELIVERY
Upon arrival of the goods, the Customer is responsible for carefully checking the package before signing for delivery. The box containing the Customer's products is carefully sealed and must not have been tampered with in any way.
Should this happen, the Customer is required to sign the receipt with reservation, or to refuse the delivery. In any case, once the delivery document has been signed without having placed a reservation, CALZOLERIA ALTINO snc will not accept any dispute regarding the delivered products.
The Customer who places an order establishes a commercial relationship with CALZOLERIA ALTINO snc and therefore undertakes to collect his/her package. If delivery of the same is not possible for reasons attributable to the customer (wrong address, recipient always absent, incorrect telephone number, etc.), or if the customer refuses delivery (except for one of the cases set out above), the shipping costs, storage costs at the courier's warehouses and any customs charges will be deducted from the refund due to the Customer.
CALZOLERIA ALTINO snc is also not responsible for any delays attributable to the courier or to causes of force majeure (strikes, transport difficulties, adverse weather events, etc.). In this case, the Customer will be promptly notified of the occurrence of one of these conditions.
