RETURN AND/OR REPLACEMENT POLICIES

  • RETURN OPERATIONS

    If the Customer is not satisfied with his purchase, he can return the items within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order. In this case, a refund is created, depending on the Customer's will. The Customer who purchases more than one product, has the right to return even just one of them. (GG: to be verified)
  • It is possible to submit a return request within the reserved area for registered customers at www.altinopadova.com

  • The return of the item can take place in one of our stores, with any courier paid by the customer, or through our courier. Only in the latter case, the cost of shipping will be deducted from the final refund. WE WILL NOT REFUND ANY COSTS ON RETURNED BUT NOT AUTHORIZED PRODUCTS.

Size change
It is possible to exchange for an item of a different size or model.


Reimbursement
Once the goods have been received, their condition verified and the return accepted, the refund will be processed immediately (using the same channel through which the payment was made).

RETURN TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • For the return to be accepted, the products redirected to CALZOLERIA ALTINO snc must not have been worn (except for the try-on) or in any way altered in such a way as to show signs of use. The soles of the footwear must be in perfect condition and not show signs of wear.
  • Items must be returned with all labels (without signs of alteration), packaging and accessories as received with the order. All footwear and accessories must be returned with their original box, which is considered to all intents and purposes an integral part of the product itself and which must not have been damaged and/or altered in any way, nor used as the sole external packaging.
  • Returns must be sent well packed inside the box in which the Customer received the products. If this does not happen, CALZOLERIA ALTINO snc reserves the right to demonstrate through photographs the condition of the item at the time of receipt and charge any costs for restoration. CALZOLERIA ALTINO snc will not accept returned products without approval and without compliance with even just one of the terms and conditions set out in the return policy at the points above. The products will be returned to the Customer at the original shipping address.
